If I could give zero stars, I would. Reaching out to purchase a recently deceased (not even a month) woman's home is disgraceful. Do you just scan the obituaries on the regular? Shameful and I will be sure to spread the word.

Sending junk mail to people isn't the worst idea, but I'd recommend at least checking to see if they're alive.....or has been in the last 20 years.....always nice seeing my father's name but I can attest he may be tough to reach.
